Purpose
Strengthening neighborhoods and creating work-force housing with value-add, single-family rental properties
Strategy
- More and more Americans across all demographics seek to rent rather than own.
- More than one-third of Americans who rent choose single family properties.
- Demand for single family rental properties has been growing for years and continues to do so.
- Minerva turns distressed eyesores into desirable homes. We preserve and strengthen existing community scale, fabric and feel.
- Secondary and tertiary markets where Minerva focusses offer residents unique benefits.
